My husband and I happened to stumble upon this great restaurant which is slightly off the main tourist strip. The service was impeccable and the ambience amazing. The menu offered lots of variety and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Also, best Sangria in Lisbon.
Had a lovely dinner at this restaurant. Located just off the main tourist streets, we chose it for its broad sophisticated menu and nice outdoor seating (also had nice cosy seating inside). Staff were very friendly and promt - none of that waving a menu in your face as you walk past stuff that you get on the tourist streets. I work in the hospitality industry and you can see when the staff are enjoying themselves/having a good shift. Food was excellent - authentic Portuguese food and a range of dishes to suit all tastes - just ask about any dish you don't know. Never before bothered to write a review but felt the restaurant deserved it for based on our visit.
We ate at this restaurant the first time as we couldn't get a table at the small one beside it. It is part of the Fullest chain of restaurants in Lisbon. We were greeted with a great wait staff and an outside table by the gas lantern. We had the octopus and seafood risotto which were both delicious. The second we were there on purpose with friends and the food was delicious including the pasta and beef. Others seemed to be having slow service that came after us (we arrived at about 7) but we were fine. We had trouble ordering one additional drink that we cancelled when it never showed. It's a big restaurant and they seemed a little understaffed. They also offer blankets for patio guests when it's cold. We would go again.
We visited this restaurant twice just for another helping of the Tuna sesame salad, delicious. The food was very good and not as salty as some of the restaurants we visited. Service was a little slow on our second visit but they appeared to be short staffed.
